Shipping info

Most orders begin processing as soon as your online purchase is completed. Your order will be shipped once the items are located in stock. As soon as your order is shipped, you will be notified by email. Orders are typically dispatched within 24 – 48 hours on business days. Please note that business days are Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays.


We offer the following shipping options:

1) Standard Shipping

Free shipping for orders above 70€.
5€ for orders below 70€.

All parcels are fully insured, trackable and require a signature on delivery. Average delivery times are 2-3 working days (deliveries could be delayed in sale period).

2) Collect from store (available in Barcelona, Spain)

Free. This service is free of charge.

Collect from one of our stores. Based on your location, a list of the nearest shops will be shown to you during the checkout process.


We ship internationally with Mailboxes. If your country is not listed in the table below, please contact our customer service team at for a quote.

Deliveries could be delayed in sale period.

Delivery to Non-EU countries can incure additional custom duties and value added taxes (VAT), which are not included in the price and shipping cost listed on our website.

Orders leave our warehouse between 1-2 business days after the order is placed. Due to our short processing time we will not be able to make any changes once your order has been placed. All orders placed on a Saturday and Sunday will be shipped and posted the following Monday.

Once your order is processed you will receive an email confirmation. You will be emailed tracking information once your order leaves our warehouse.

We want to ensure that your order is shipped to you as quickly as possible. If you believe that your order has experienced a delay in shipment that exceeds the normal processing and shipment time, please let us know us by email at


Returns – Right to Cancel:
You have the right to cancel the purchase of goods within 14 working days, beginning on the day after you receive the goods. If you are in possession of the goods you are under a duty to retain them and take reasonable care of them. You must notify us of your intention to return the goods and return them at your own expense.

We reserve the right to make a charge not exceeding our direct costs of recovering the goods if you do not return the goods or return them at our expense. Once the goods have been received in good condition (unused and the inner packaging of each six-pack unopened) we will refund the purchase price of the goods to you as soon as possible and in any event within 30 days.

You will not have any right to cancel a purchase for the supply of goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised or which by reason of their nature cannot be returned.

Returns – Faulty or damaged goods:
If goods received are faulty or have been damaged, we will either replace the goods free of charge or refund the cost of goods and the shipping costs incurred. You must notify us of visible faults or damage within 15 days of receiving the product.

Returns must be processed within 15 days of receipt of your order, unworn, complete with all original tags, and in original and resalable condition.

If you would like to return any items from your order, please follow these instructions.

3. PREPARE THE PARCEL:- Place the items in the package (returns items must be unworn and with original packaging and tags in place)

Once the return request is placed online, one of our shipping agents will contact you to confirm pickup time.

If you have selected to return in store (service only available in Barcelona), take the parcel directly to the shop. They will ask for your name and order number (you can find it in the online accoun).


Once the package had reached our warehouse your refund will take place in a maximum period of 14 days. The refund will not include shipping costs.
